Chances are at some point you are going to use volunteers to supply some of the labor associated with installing your restoration project. It can be difficult to locate people or groups willing to donate time to your efforts and once located, it can be a daunting task to make sure they are well educated and the work they are doing is well managed. It is also important to track and report all of the volunteer hours that have gone in to supporting your project. This is valuable information that can lend credibility to your efforts and bolster your chances for future support.
