Chances are at some point you are going to use volunteers to supply some of the labor associated with installing your restoration project.  It can be difficult to locate people or groups willing to donate time to your efforts and once located, it can be a daunting task to make sure they are well educated and the work they are doing is well managed. It is also important to track and report all of the volunteer hours that have gone in to supporting your project.  This is valuable information that can lend credibility to your efforts and bolster your chances for future support.  Be sure to contact The Green Seattle Partnership to see if your project is eligible for support. In this section we hope to supply you with resources that will connect you to groups and organizations that can help.  We also hope to provide you with some management strategies that can help you maintain a high level of quality during a work party and give you some educational tools to help prepare your volunteers before they arrive on site.
