OBJECTIVE

We begin by reviewing the company's strategy and objectives. Where is the company going and why? What is the organization trying to accomplish? What are the obstacles in the way of success? What action has management taken to overcome these obstacles? What core competencies do employees need to achieve the company's objectives?

DIAGNOSIS & FEEDBACK
Through a flexible diagnosis process of interviews and surveys, we pinpoint the needs of the business and the organization. Needed data may be collected from managers, supervisors, employees, as well as from the company customers and suppliers. "PS" will provide management wit a report of the collected data and guide the team through the analysis and assist in the interpretation of the findings. The management team will form its own conclusion and consciously begin to confront the needed drivers and actions needed to define the new strategic "master plan" for the business.
ACTON PLANNING
Course of action is decided that will accomplish desired results. The "master plan" will describe the roles and responsibilities of each participating team member and of the "PS" staff. "The master plan" outline will define any changes in communication and management if needed and will define the necessary resources to achieve success within the agreed timeline and budget.

With active participation and "regular consistent coaching" of the management team, we execute the master action plan for success.

We evaluate our processes as well as the results of our actions against the strategic project plan, the budget and management's objectives. Modifications are made to the strategy and budget whenever deemed necessary.
